After recording:

1. Press play to ensure the audio can be heard.
2. Download the audio file.
3. Email the file to info+innervoice@osteoergo.com along with the following details:
   • Your weight in lbs or kgs
   • Your height in cm
   • Your birth date
   • Your photograph
