DSE assessment combined package – On receipt of your order we will send you a comprehensive form to complete. Up to 4 photographs are required to be emailed with the completed form. The details entered on the form will be reviewed and a report generated tailored to your needs.

OsteErgo then follow up with a review of the workplace following initial assessment and implemented changes. Upload up to 4 photographs of the new workstation.

You have 30 days to submit your photographs, after which you will receive your personalised report.
